LKN 2024 Sand Program - Fundamentals Session

BEACH FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM
**Prior volleyball experience is preferred but not necessary**

This program will focus primarily on the basic volleyball skills necessary to become a well-rounded
beach player and also include an introduction to doubles beach volleyball strategy.

When? TUESDAYS at BLYTHE LANDING: 5:30PM—7PM (max 15 athletes)
Training starts April 16th and runs through June 4th (8-week session)

14 and Younger

LKN 2024 Sand Program - Tournament Session

TOURNAMENT SESSION
**At least 2 years of indoor and/or 1 year of formal beach volleyball training is required**

This program will focus on transitioning fundamental volleyball skills to the sand and teach the different skills and strategies required to be successful in the doubles game.
When? TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS at BLYTHE LANDING @ 5:30PM—7PM (max 15 athletes)
Training starts Thursday, April 11th and runs through June 11th (8-week session + 2 rainout dates)

This Tournament Session includes entry into the LKN Sponsored Tournament scheduled for
June 8th at Renaissance Park/ Jeff Adams Tennis Center in Charlotte, NC.
