We're excited to bring back our ever popular LIFT series geared for beginner players (typically ages 7-14). Our coaching staff will train basic fundamentals of volleyball for a 20-session series that runs September - February concurrent with our indoor club teams (with holiday week breaks).  LIFT is open to boys and girls!  Program cost is $599 and practices take place for 90 minutes once weekly.  Tryouts are not required for our LIFT program.

Registration fills up quickly and is capped to maximize coach player ratios and to maintain a safe number in our gym.
